Presence

I’m a counsellor and support practitioner with a background in trauma-informed care, relational healing, and nervous system support. My work has included online counselling with new mothers, coercive-control–informed support, social work within the youth homelessness sector, and mental health support work alongside people navigating complex and often destabilising life circumstances.

I work with individuals moving through life transitions — frequently while facing housing insecurity, financial stress, and systems that are not designed to offer safety, continuity, or care. I hold a strong awareness of how social, economic, and relational structures shape personal wellbeing, and how distress is often a reasonable response to systemic pressure rather than individual failure.

I also work with mothers to strengthen intuitive discernment and reorientation through matrescence (conception - 3 years postpartum - the most intense period) particularly where coercive dynamics, or emotionally unsafe relational patterns may be present.

Alongside my professional experience, I bring lived insight as a solo mother, which informs the way I hold space: grounded, compassionate, and realistic.

My presence is also shaped by a deep resonance with the natural world and with symbolic ways of understanding human experience. I draw meaning from nature-based cycles, mythology, and esoteric traditions, as well as from poetry, music, and emerging scientific perspectives such as quantum physics, all of which inform how I understand pattern, change, and interconnectedness in human life.

I am passionate about momentary perceptual shifts that allow for increased spontaneity, synchronicity and presence. The true return to our authentic self.

Approach

This work is held gently and without pathologising, with a focus on restoring safety, agency, authentic expression and developing somatic trust in one’s own perception.

My approach is relational and somatic, shaped by my passion for ongoing professional practice and ongoing personal reflection and development. I value steadiness over urgency, and believe meaningful healing happens through relational safety, trust, and being met where you are. whichever season you’re in.
